Okay, I know we had a great SIG today from Bernadette and Shannon about using popular magazines/websites as sources for information but having seen this online, I thought it might be helpful to see what the general population, including parents, is reading about online friendships between students and teachers.

Thanks Ginny, I am not a My Space/Facebook users and I know we are to reach our students but I get email from students all the time about homework, projects, grades thru an on-line grading program we use at school call "TeacherEase" So I'm not really the one to have a MySpace for that particular purpose. I must say I do need to make myself more familiar to those type of things to build my Data Set, but when teaching High School you have to select what you as a person is going to put out there. Thats because people will do evil things to your name in cyber-space.
